I don't think SV & Co. recruit that type of player--the selfish ones. And my understanding is that while some other programs do recruit them, some don't. I have read and heard that UConn tells those All Americans that they recruit that if they think they are going to be a "star" they need to go someplace else, that at UConn it's a team sport.
