no Redshirts is my thought

I think redshirt years should be saved for injuries. We are not into the type of "bulk up" year needed for football, in women's basketball. In volleyball, typically a person red-shirted is a walk-on, that has potential, if they have an extra year of being taught.

I don't see anyone incoming in this class as in the need of a red-shirt year.

I really like the idea of having a 5-player substitution, because I just think next year it will be so cool to have so many experienced players, and the incoming freshmen are looking very good, too. Just run people ragged! :)
