Athletically Hart will bring a lot to the table like LewJack will, but he isn't a point guard so it would make little sense for him to be the backup plan to LewJack.

I think it would be more likely a fear that Moore will be ready to bolt after his sophomore year and also that Grant and/or Kramer might continue to battle nagging injuries that often cut short their ability to participate in practice.
