You say Hart could be a good compliment for Moore in 2010-2011, but some of the scuttlebutt has been that Moore might leave for the NBA this year or the next if he continues to develop. Without Eric Gordon's shadow to hide under (I think Moore was as good as and better than Gordon in the second half of the season, but the national media never noticed), Moore should really shine this year. He might play himself out of Purdue, in which case it would be nice to have some solid depth.
