We will se if Phillips shows up, and I expect he will not sign with Purdue he will just show up and enroll. That is usaually the deal on players with some academic work to do. He would be rolling the dice but with a chance to play for a BCS school.

Guessing he is seen as a WDE recruit more than a LB.
