J Phillips S/DL/LB/ATH of Houston County HS, Warner Robins, GA is being reported today as a late verbal to attend Purdue. he supposedly received an offer 15 Jan and accepted it today. his other offers were not from big name schools. ESPN/Scouts didn't give him a rating.
