I haven't made any format changes to the MsHoops forum. All of my
format changes have been on the MrHoops forum.

I deleted a couple lines from the main page of the MsHoops forum that
we no longer needed. But, i'm not sure that these lines would be
causing the forwarding problem.

I will continue to dig for the source of the problem.....
