Hey Brad. When attempting to create a new message thread from the MrHoops post.cgi URL,

I am being redirected to

Others have mentioned the same phenomena when attempting to create a new message thread

You are probably already working on this. I am only trying to give you a tiny bit of information that might help in the circumstances.
