Weekend Maintenance Fiasco

I beleieve we've finally ironed out the problems that resulted from server
upgrades. We had almost 36 hours of, off and on, downtime.

Due to the fact that we pay another company to host our website, all server
maintenance is handled by this company. Anytime they have a need to make
a security upgrade, or software upgrade, we risk the possibility of more
downtime.

The positive thing, this time around, was the fact that the downtime happened
on a Sunday of a holiday weekend.

I will do what I can to eliminate this type of downtime in the future, but
frankly, I have very little control over the maintenance of our server.
