I pretty much eTECHed in terms of moving some of the most important forum information over to this new server.

1) Didn't have the scriipt that converts passwords to forum format ready.
2) Didn't have an updated forum username file available on new server.
3) Didn't have the contact administrators e-mail scriipt active on new server.

I believe that I have all three of those items corrected, but I'm
not gonna guarantee anything, because I "thought" that I already
had that stuff active.
